These terms cover gotchaprep.com, the free Gotcha Sheet, our emails and Gotcha Daily. By using them you agree to these terms; if you don't, please don't use the site. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Who can use Gotcha Prep
You must be 13 or older to sign up. If you're under 18, use Gotcha Prep with a parent's or guardian's permission; a parent or guardian must make or approve any purchase.
Not affiliated with College Board
Gotcha Prep is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by College Board. SAT®, PSAT/NMSQT® and Bluebook™ are trademarks of College Board; Desmos is a trademark of Desmos Studio PBC. We use these names only to describe the test. Our questions are original SAT-style practice items, not real SAT questions. For official practice tests, use College Board's Bluebook app, and check official dates and rules with College Board.
Free materials
The Gotcha Sheet, the trap pages, the quiz, the study plan and our videos are free for your own study. You may print the Gotcha Sheet and share it, unchanged and free of charge, with your students or your family. Everything else on the site is © Gotcha Prep: don't copy, sell or republish it without our permission.
No score promises, except one
Practice helps, but we can't promise any particular score. The only promise we make about scores is the Trap-Proof Guarantee.
The Trap-Proof Guarantee
Gotcha Daily comes with the Trap-Proof Guarantee: +100 points or your money back.
Take a Bluebook practice test in your first week. Do 20+ Gotcha Daily drills over 30 days and retake one. If your score didn't go up 100 points, email us your two score screenshots and we refund every cent. You keep the Gotcha Sheet.
Step by step:
- Take a Bluebook practice test in your first week after you buy. This is your starting score.
- Do at least 20 drills in Gotcha Daily within 30 days. Your Gotcha Daily account logs them.
- Retake a Bluebook practice test.
- If your score didn't go up by at least 100 points, email both score screenshots to [email protected].
- We refund the full price you paid, through Whop, to your original payment method. You keep the Gotcha Sheet.
Payments, renewals and refunds
- Purchases go through Whop (whop.com), which processes the payment under its own terms. We never see your full card number.
- The Test-Day Pass is one payment that covers you until your test.
- Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Whop account; cancelling stops future charges.
- Refunds, including Trap-Proof Guarantee refunds, are paid through Whop to your original payment method.

Emails
When you sign up, we email what you asked for, plus SAT tips, test-date reminders and offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works right away.
Using the site fairly
Don't break or overload the site, scrape it, sign up other people without their permission, or use our content to build a competing product.
Other sites
We link to College Board, Desmos and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
No warranties
We work hard to get every question, answer and date right, but the site and materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. If you spot a mistake, tell us at [email protected].
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, Gotcha Prep isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Gotcha Prep after a change, the new terms apply.
